- Matter relating to Transfer and posting of Ministerial Staff (i.e. Grade IV to Sr. A.A.) of Transformation and Development Department.
- Association matters of planning service.
- Matters relating to Cabinet Decision.
- Matters relating to House Rent, repair of Fax, Xerox, Computer, Risograph, sitting arrangement etc.
- Medical re-imbursement of officers and staff of DES.
- Matters relating to GPF advance of Staff of DES & Planning service.
- Matters relating to Issue Branch of T&D Department.
- Matter relating to TA/DA reimbursement, miscellaneous expenditures of Planning side of Transformation and Development Department of Training/Meeting and various correspondences from Govt. of India.
- Matter relating to visit of central team of Planning Commission, VIP, DONER etc.
- All establishment matters and service matters of the DES from I.S. to Director and Superintendent to A.O.
- Appointment, transfer and posting etc. of DES.

- Preparation of gradation list, maintenance of ACRs, Service rules etc. of DES.

- Matters relating to Purchase and arrangement of Stationery Articles including Xerox Machine, Computer etc. of Planning side and sanction thereof.

- Maintenance of Store of Transformation and Development Department.

- Matter relating to deputation of Officers of DES.
- Matters relating to Appointment of Compassionate Ground and casual employees of Planning Services.

- Transfer and posting of Planning Service from R.A to Director.

- Preparation of gradation list, maintenance of ACRs, Service Rules of Planning service (i.e. RA to Director).

- Matters relating to Audit, Draft Para, CAG report, Public Account Committee, reconciliation & verification of expenditure figures with A.G.
- Matters relating to Omeo Kumar Das Institute of Social Change and Development.
- Matters relating to arrear salary of staff & officer of planning service.
- Matter relating to retention of posts under planning service.
- Matter relating to training programme inside and outside the state under Planning and DES side and various correspondences from Govt. of India.
- Establishment matters of Grade IV to Sr.A.A of Transformation and Development Department (except transfer & posting).
