Education and Health are the two key indicators for human development. To address the need of the poor people in this regard the scheme was introduced in 2016-17 with earmarking of Rs.50.00 lakh per LAC. Amount of assistance is transferred to the account of the beneficiaries at the recommendation of the MLAs. The concerned Deputy Commissioner of the district on recommendation of the concerned MLA @ Rs. 50.00 Lakh per LAC per annum implements the scheme.
